the use and miss use of IPC 498 a

 I.P.C. section 498 a

this section has become a game for the lady in today's time . as they simple play with it. for no

reason this needs to be stopped , as it is not good for their future, it harms every one's life. in this the

 girl's file case that

 their in laws torture them for dowry , but many times the scene is opposite,the case are false , and

go to court face the case , then finally every thing , comes out in the police investigation that it was

false case.

WE commonly see that parents too are involve in this , if the lady is wrong then too, now the


parents have need to understand that they are spoiling their daughters life , they need to guide the

daughter , that if the in laws are good then maintain with them and lead a healthy life.


THE next scene , which is actually  a torture , in this type of case , the lady actually sees many type

of torture in her life , i ask the society , that do they marry for a good girl or only the money , then

should not marry , they can earn like any thing , the lady or the girl is not ATM   , so that you swipe

any thing on or inside the body and get money , at least treat her as normal human , she comes to live

with you happily and you treat her worse then animal , stop this or she should not marry.

why do a girl or a boy get married in any culture , because the parents think that the girl or the boy

are not left alone when the parents are not there in the world . they will take of each other.but what

is actually happening , now a days . it is worse then one can even imagine . the boys parents just

heavy money with the girl many things as they are living on the road side and after the son wedding

only they can have house to live in and things , is this a right nature . no it is not the right nature.

as because this nature begins as attitude ans some times many boys do not mary only because they

do not get dowry as much they want. these type of person do many crimes.

the second type of people are of criminal mentality . they just get married and then after that they

start making huge demands as go to your parents and bring this or that , in case the girl refuse , then

they become yamdut . they start beating her abusing her . and latest is now a days they even force her

to do illegal and wrong things to earn money.

these type of girls then have to come to court for the case against the husband and the inlaws for the

case of 498 a. and they get jailed.

second type of girls who do not want to live with their in laws as they do not want to live as bahu

and take their care they even do  not want to love with her husband , so then these type of girls

start a stupid game of court an law , they just file false cases against the husband and in laws as

they treat her bad for the dowry, now the bad game starts and the real misuse starts. they just go on

put elegation , police does inquiry and finds nothing and the in-laws are discharged , then the girl

becomes afraid that she will have to go then she puts many false cases. and the life goes on.

this is wrong thing the parents need to change the basic nature of the girl that that if the in laws 

and husband is good then do not go for the 498 a , as this spoils many lives no one gets any thing.
