DEMAND.

TODAY LIFE AND DEMAND OF LIFE ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT , AS IN PAST WE DID

GET MARRIED REAR CHILDREN AND THEY GET MARRIED. WE DID HAD OUR SMALL

LIFE STYLE AND EASY LIFE. BUT TODAY THE LIFE PATTERN IS CHANGED .

AS FIRST WE WANT TO LOVE SOME ONE THEN ONLY WE WANT TO LIVE A LIFE WITH

THAT PERON , BUT IT IS NOT COPLESARY THAT WE DO MARRY THE SAME PERSON.

WHAT DO WE MEAN BY THIS . WE WANT TO ENJOY LIFE , BUT WE NEED TO GIVE A

SECOND THOUGHT , AS WHAT WE MEAN BY ENJOYING THE LIFE , IS ONLY LUST

DOING ALL THIS THEIR LIFE IS SPOILED , AS THE COURT CASE IS NOT A GAME OR

IT IS NOT  A EASY TASK TO PERFORM.

IF ONE FILES ONE CASE IT SOME TIMES TAKES YEARS TO FIND THE ACTUAL GUILTY

PERSON , REASON , THE CASE IS BASED OF BIAS FEELING OR BIAS ATTITUDE , BUT 

WHY ALL THIS HAPPENS. NO ONE WANTS TO THINK.

WHAT IS HMA 125

HMA section 25 maintenance

in INDIA  after the lady is saperated  or divorced by the husband , if she is not earning , then she gets

money from the husband to survive. this is called alimony or maintenance money , which by courts order the

husband has to give to his wife. now the court has given the verdict that if the lady is earning then she will not

get any thing , by this verdict many ladies started cheating the court . AS they leave their job to get the

money . it is unfair . Because the husband can go to court and apply for police investigation and every thing

is clear , then they loose the case.

THE ALI MONEY  IS ACTUALLY FOR THOSE LADY WHO DO NOT HAVE MONEY OR ANY

OTHER SUPPORT TO LIVE. which is normally 1/3 of husband monthly salary.

THE kids are the part of the maintenance . the each kid  gets 1/5 of the fathers monthly salary , : the girl

get till they are married , the boys get till they start earning.

HUSBAND DO NOT WANT TO GIVE THIS MONEY TO THE WIFE , BUT ACTUALLY THEY

the use and miss use of IPC 498 a

 I.P.C. section 498 a

this section has become a game for the lady in today's time . as they simple play with it. for no

reason this needs to be stopped , as it is not good for their future, it harms every one's life. in this the

 girl's file case that

 their in laws torture them for dowry , but many times the scene is opposite,the case are false , and

go to court face the case , then finally every thing , comes out in the police investigation that it was

false case.

WE commonly see that parents too are involve in this , if the lady is wrong then too, now the


parents have need to understand that they are spoiling their daughters life , they need to guide the

daughter , that if the in laws are good then maintain with them and lead a healthy life.


THE next scene , which is actually  a torture , in this type of case , the lady actually sees many type

of torture in her life , i ask the society , that do they marry for a good girl or only the money , then

should not marry , they can earn like any thing , the lady or the girl is not ATM   , so that you swipe

any thing on or inside the body and get money , at least treat her as normal human , she comes to live

with you happily and you treat her worse then animal , stop this or she should not marry.

why do a girl or a boy get married in any culture , because the parents think that the girl or the boy

are not left alone when the parents are not there in the world . they will take of each other.but what

is actually happening , now a days . it is worse then one can even imagine . the boys parents just

heavy money with the girl many things as they are living on the road side and after the son wedding

only they can have house to live in and things , is this a right nature . no it is not the right nature.

as because this nature begins as attitude ans some times many boys do not mary only because they

do not get dowry as much they want. these type of person do many crimes.

the second type of people are of criminal mentality . they just get married and then after that they

start making huge demands as go to your parents and bring this or that , in case the girl refuse , then

they become yamdut . they start beating her abusing her . and latest is now a days they even force her

to do illegal and wrong things to earn money.

these type of girls then have to come to court for the case against the husband and the inlaws for the

case of 498 a. and they get jailed.

second type of girls who do not want to live with their in laws as they do not want to live as bahu

and take their care they even do  not want to love with her husband , so then these type of girls

start a stupid game of court an law , they just file false cases against the husband and in laws as

they treat her bad for the dowry, now the bad game starts and the real misuse starts. they just go on

put elegation , police does inquiry and finds nothing and the in-laws are discharged , then the girl

becomes afraid that she will have to go then she puts many false cases. and the life goes on.

this is wrong thing the parents need to change the basic nature of the girl that that if the in laws 

and husband is good then do not go for the 498 a , as this spoils many lives no one gets any thing.

THIS IS TODAY A NORMAL PSYCHOLOGY OF EVERY HUMAN IN THIS WORLD , BUT IS

IT IS BECAUSE YET WE DO NOT TAKE OUR DAUGHTER IN LAW AS A PART OF OUR 

FAMILY . SHE IS YET TREATED TO BE AN OUT SIDER , IS THIS FINE , BECAUSE YET IN  

GENERAL IF WE SEE THAT IN EVERY HOUSE A DAUGHTER IN LAW IS BASICALLY 

TREATED JUST FOR GRANTED , SHE IS A NORMAL WORKER OF THE FAMILY. BUT SHE

IS NOT SUPPOSED TO DO ANY THING ON HER OWN , EVEN SHE HAS NO RIGHT TO

DISCUSS IN THE FAMILY ON ANY POINT , SHE IS SUPPOSED TO JUST KEEP SILENT 

AND OBEY ORDERS GIVEN TO HER. ISN'T THIS RIDICULOUS , WHEN THIS WILL

DIGNITY IN OUR HOUSE, AS FOR US ONLY SHE LEAVES THE HOUSE OF HER PARENT

TO LIVE LIKE THIS A HORRIBLE LIFE. NO.IS SHE AN ATM MACHINE NO.

SHE IS PRIDE OF OUR HOUSE , SHE REPRESENTS OUR CULTURE IN THE SOCIETY, AS 

HOW WE KEEP HER IS OUR CULTURE AND WE NEED TO MAINTAIN THE CULTURE

ARE WE STUBBORN OR WE WANT TO PRETEND TO BE STUBBORN. WE NEED TO KEEP 

HER LIKE OUR DAUGHTER OR MUCH BETTER THEN HER , AS SHE IS HERE WITH US 

FOR HER LIFE, THEN WE NEED TO LOVE HER TAKE HER PROPER CARE. SO THAT SHE

FEELS SAFE AND LOVED , THEN WHY WILL SHE WANT TO GO TO HER PARENTS IF

SHE GETS PROPER CARE AND LOVE AND RESPECT. THAT IS ALL WHAT SHE NEEDS.

ON THE OTHER HAND WE TAKE OUR DAUGHTER AS A PRINCESS, SHE IS OUR

PRINCESS AND ALWAYS BE , BUT ON THE SAME TIME WE NEED TO GUIDE HER HOW

TO MANAGE WITH THE OTHER FAMILY IN WHICH SHE WILL LIVE HER LIFE WITH HER

HUSBAND AND IN LAWS , WE NEED TO TEACH HER THE LIFE STYLE OF A BAHU TOO.

SO THAT IT IS EASY FOR HER TO ADJUST IN NEW LIFE. WE CAN SAY THAT EVERY

FAMILY IS NOT BAAD , BUT WE CAN NOT SAY THAT EVERY FAMILY OR THE BOY IS 

GOOD. THE LIFE STYLE DESK IS CHANGED TODAY. SO THEN WE CAN NOT SAY THAT 

IF THE FAMILY IS GOOD THEN THE BOY OR THE GIRL WILL BE GOOD . OR IF THE GIRL

OR THE BOY IS GOOD THEN THE FAMILY WILL BE GOOD.

YES WE HAVE TO BE VERY ELERT.

NOW ONE IMPORTANT THING, WE HAVE TO CHANGE OUR NATURE AND 

PSCYCHOLOGY THAT WE KNOW OUR KID THEY WILL NOT GO AGAINST US.

WE NEED TO CHANGE THIS , BECAUSE OF THIS , WE LOOSE OUR KIDS AND GO FOR 

HONOR KILLING. WHY CAN NOT WE TEACH OUR KIDS THAT WHAT IS GOOD AND 

BAAD FOR THEM AS THEY ARE EDUCATED THEY ARE LITERATE AND THEY ONLY

HAVE TO LEAD THERE LIFE NOT WE.
