in INDIA after the lady is saperated or divorced by the husband , if she is not earning , then she gets
money from the husband to survive. this is called alimony or maintenance money , which by courts order the
husband has to give to his wife. now the court has given the verdict that if the lady is earning then she will not
get any thing , by this verdict many ladies started cheating the court . AS they leave their job to get the
money . it is unfair . Because the husband can go to court and apply for police investigation and every thing
is clear , then they loose the case.
THE ALI MONEY IS ACTUALLY FOR THOSE LADY WHO DO NOT HAVE MONEY OR ANY
OTHER SUPPORT TO LIVE. which is normally 1/3 of husband monthly salary.
THE kids are the part of the maintenance . the each kid gets 1/5 of the fathers monthly salary , : the girl
get till they are married , the boys get till they start earning.
HUSBAND DO NOT WANT TO GIVE THIS MONEY TO THE WIFE , BUT ACTUALLY THEY
DO NOT KNOW THAT , IF THEY ARE ABLE , AND AVOID GIVING THIS MONEY , THEN
